- Le chaos planétaire à la lumière des
Transneptuniens / The Planetary Chaos at the Light of the Transneptunians
Cet article – qui comporte
trois parties - a pour objet d’intégrer à une analyse classique de la période
du carré évolutif Uranus-Pluton de 2012-2015 l’apport spécifique des
Transneptuniens issus de l’École de Hambourg.
La première partie étudie
d’abord la rétrogradation de Mars en durant le premier semestre 2012, mettant
en valeur le carré Apollon-Vulcanus (exact de 1984 à 2010), ainsi que l’axe
Admète/Vulcanus, qui transite en Gémeaux de 1964 à 2017. La conjonction Jupiter-Uranus du 4 janvier
2011, qui a accompagné les bouleversements dans le monde arabe et les débuts de
l’intervention étrangère en Syrie, entre en résonance avec ces figures par sa
position à la fin des Gémeaux, en résonance avec l’axe des conjonctions
Saturne-Uranus de 1988 et de 2032, qui, selon l’analyse classique d’André
Barbault, est reliée au destin de la puissance américaine.
La deuxième partie aborde le massif du carré Uranus-Pluton pour
la période 2012-2015. Ce massif se situe dans une chaîne de configurations qui
s’étend de 2008 à 2021, soit sur le temps large du carré évolutif Uranus-Pluton,
suivi du semi-carré évolutif Uranus-Neptune et trouvant son aboutissement peu
après le renouvellement du cycle Saturne-Pluton de 1982-2020 et du cycle
Jupiter-Saturne 2000-2020. L’échéance de la triple conjonction
Jupiter-Saturne-Pluton en 2020 apparaît ainsi comme un nœud capital dans
l’histoire du XXIe siècle. L’intégration des Transneptuniens à
l’analyse permet d’inscrire le carré Uranus-Pluton dans sa relation au cycle
Hadès-Koronos qui évolue vers sa conjonction de 2031 à 19° Cancer (position de
la conjonction Uranus-Neptune de 1993). Nous traitons, dans notre Revue de Cyclologie traditionnelle, de
la dimension eschatologique que pourrait comporter cette conjonction
Hadès-Kronos de 2031.
La troisième partie s’intéresse
au retentissement de ces configurations d’ensemble sur les trois grandes
puissances qui demeurent dominantes dans le jeu des relations
internationales : les États-Unis, la Russie et la Chine. Pour les États-Unis,
sont concernées deux zones-clés : la conjonction Vénus-Jupiter au début du
Cancer et le carré Soleil-Saturne au milieu de l’axe Cancer-Balance. Sont ainsi
concernées essentiellement, d’une part, les questions économiques et
financières, d’autre part les relations entre les pouvoirs administratifs et
l’autorité présidentielle. Pour la Russie, nous mettons en valeur la zone de la
conjonction Lune-Apollon à la fin du Lion, en relation avec de nouvelles
conditions concernant le regroupement de plusieurs peuples dans un cadre
commun, fédératif en l’occurrence. Pour la Chine, le tableau est plus complexe,
la triplice Uranus-Pluton-Kronos affectant quatre zones dans le thème de la RPC
(1949). Nous évoquons dans notre analyse la notion de « capitalisme
totalitaire » qui pourrait bien caractériser la puissance croissante de
cet empire qui connaîtra sans doute une culmination lors de la conjonction
Satunre-Pluton de 2020.
Cette partie s’achève sur
quelques remarques concernant les thèmes de Barack Obama, de Vladimir Poutine
et de Xi Jinping. Un excursus est consacré à la question du nucléaire iranien.
Enfin, la conclusion comporte – exceptionnellement – quelques remarques
relatives au thème de l’auteur et à la mutation dans une œuvre astrologique qui
passe d’une analyse classique à une analyse globale (intégrant les
Transneptuniens).

This article - which contains three
parts - aims to integrate the specific contribution of Transneptunians from the
School of Hamburg to a classical analysis of the period of the Uranus-Pluto
evolutionary square from 2012-2015.
The first part studies first
the demotion of Mars during the first semester of 2012, highlighting the
Apollo-Vulcanus square (exact from 1984 to 2010), as well as the Admetos/Vulcanus
axis, which transits in Gemini from 1964 to 2017. The Jupiter-Uranus
conjunction of January 4, 2011, which accompanied the upheavals in the Arab
world and the beginnings of foreign intervention in Syria, resonates with these
figures by its position at the end of Gemini, in resonance with the axis of the
Saturn-Uranus conjunctions of 1988 and 2032, which, according to André Barbault's
classical analysis, is related to the destiny of American power
The second part approaches the
massif of the Uranus-Pluto square for the period 2012-2015. This massif is
located in a chain of configurations that extends from 2008 to 2021, on the
broad weather of the evolving Uranus-Pluto square, followed by the evolving Uranus-Neptune
semi-square and finding its completion shortly after the renewal of the cycle
Saturn-Pluto of 1982-2020 and the Jupiter-Saturn cycle 2000-2020. The deadline
of the Jupiter-Saturn-Pluto triple conjunction in 2020 thus appears as a
crucial node in the history of the 21st century. The integration of
the Transneptunians into the analysis makes it possible to inscribe the
Uranus-Pluto square in its relation to the Hades-Koronos cycle which evolves
towards its conjunction of 2031 at 19° Cancer (position of the Uranus-Neptune
conjunction of 1993). In my Review of Traditional Cyclology, I discuss the
eschatological dimension that this conjunction of Hades-Kronos of 2031 could
include.
The third part looks at the
repercussions of these overall configurations on the three major powers that
remain dominant in the game of international relations : the USA, Russia and
China. For the USA, two key areas are involved : the Venus-Jupiter conjunction
at the beginning of Cancer and the Sun-Saturn square in the middle of the
Cancer-Libra axis. On the one hand, economic and financial issues and on the
other hand, the relations between the administrative powers and the
presidential authority are thus essentially concerned. For Russia, we highlight
the zone of the Moon-Apollo conjunction at the end of the Lion, in relation to
new conditions concerning the grouping of several peoples in a common,
federative framework in this case. For China, the table is more complex, the
Uranus-Pluto-Kronos triplice affecting four areas in the chart of PRC (1949). I
discuss in my analysis the notion of "totalitarian capitalism" which
could well characterize the growing power of this empire which will undoubtedly
culminate in the Satun-Pluto conjunction of 2020.
This part concludes with some
remarks on the natal charts of Barack Obama, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping. An
excursus is dedicated to the Iranian nuclear issue. Finally, the conclusion
contains - exceptionally - some remarks relating to the chart of the author and
the mutation in an astrological work that passes from a classical analysis to a
global analysis (integrating the Transneptunians)

Cet article met en rapport les
deux configurations majeures de la décennies 2008-2021 (le carré Uranus-Pluton
et le semi-carré Uranus-Neptune qui le suit) avec les thèmes-racines des
conjonctions Uranus-Pluton de 1965-1966 et Uranus-Neptune de 1993.
La période 2008-2017 correspond
à une « crise de croissance » qui met en jugement les phénomènes
divers qui sont nés au moment de la conjonction et qui se rattachent à ce cycle
particulier. Avec Uranus-Pluton, cette phase de carré évolutif tend à se
manifester sous la forme d’un « chaos planétaire » qui rejette, d’une
part, tout ce qui, dans le temps présent, apparaît comme disqualifié, mais qui
favorise aussi la croissance future de ce qui pourra s’épanouir au moment du
trigone évolutif (autour de l’année 2026). L’entrée et la sortie du carré Uranus-Pluton
correspondent à la Pleine Lune du 15 septembre 2008 et à celle du 11 avril
2017. Le relais est pris par le semi-carré Uranus-Neptune qui commence le 1er
septembre 2015 et s’achève le 18 avril 2021. Nous avons qualifié la période
durant laquelle les deux cycles se chevauchent – du 1er septembre
2015 au 11 avril 2017 – comme une phase de « mutation explosive »
dans le cadre du « chaos planétaire ». Au passage est relevé une
résonance entre les thèmes de la conjonction Jupiter-Saturne de 2020 à 0° Verseau
avec la configuration de 2080, qui présente une triple opposition de
Jupiter-Saturne-Uranus à 0° Verseau, en opposition de Neptune à 0° Lion.
Une seconde partie de l’article
entre dans le détail des astralités de 2011.
Une troisième partie est consacrée
à la Belgique en 2011 (cet article ayant fait l’objet d’une conférence à
Bruxelles le 26 novembre 2010), avec un élargissement sur la France, l’Europe
et le monde en 2011. Est mise en valeur la « zone centrale », cette
partie du monde qui s’étend de la partie orientale du bassin méditerranéen
jusqu’aux frontières de l’Inde et de la Chine.
La conclusion offre une
réflexion sur le grand « choc en retour » des civilisations anciennes
après cinq siècles durant lesquels a prédominé un monde européo-centré ou
occidentalo-centré, depuis le temps des Grandes Découvertes.

This article relates the two major configurations of the decade 2008-2021 (the Uranus-Pluto square and the Uranus-Neptune semi-square that follows it) with the root charts of the Uranus-Pluto conjunctions of 1965-1966 and Uranus-Neptune of 1993.
The period 2008-2017
corresponds to a "growth crisis" that puts into judgment the various
phenomena that were born at the time of the conjunction and that are related to
this particular cycle. With Uranus-Pluto, this evolving square phase tends to
manifest itself in the form of a "planetary chaos" which rejects, on
the one hand, everything that, in the present time, appears to be disqualified,
but which also promotes future growth of what will be able to flourish at the
time of the evolving trine (around the year 2026). The entrance and exit of the
Uranus-Pluto square correspond to the Full Moon of September 15, 2008 and that
of April 11, 2017. The relay is taken by the Uranus-Neptune semi-square which
begins September 1, 2015 and ends April
18, 2021. I have described the period in which the two cycles overlap - from
September 1, 2015 to April 11, 2017 - as a phase of "explosive
mutation" in the context of "global chaos". In passing, there is
a resonance between the charts of the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction of 2020 at 0°
Aquarius with the configuration of 2080, which presents a triple opposition of
Jupiter-Saturn-Uranus at 0° Aquarius, in opposition to Neptune at 0° Lion.
The conclusion offers a
reflection on the great "shock in return" of ancient civilizations
after five centuries during which has predominated a European-centered or
Western-centered world, since the time of the Great Discoveries.

Cet article vise à éclairer
l’interaction des courants uraninens, neptuniens et plutoniens durant la
période 2008-2021 – période cruciale qui commence par une phase chaotique
susceptible de déboucher sur la stabilisation d’un ordre nouveau dans le cadre
d’un monde pacifié et prospère, soit sur de vives et durables tensions entre
des blocs continentaux en voie de constitution.
Une première partie expose la
logique du déroulement cyclique, avec les diverses phases menant d’une
conjonction à une autre. Le cycle Saturne-Neptune est mis en rapport avec
l’Amérique latine et en relation avec des institutions telles que le Mercosur
et l’Unasur. Est traitée également la question de la rythmicité des cycles
saturniens (avec Uranus, Neptune et Pluton).
Une seconde partie expose la
signification des cycles en cours en 2011 (de Jupiter-Saturne à
Neptune-Pluton). Dans ce cadre est traitée la rythmicité du cycle
Uranus-Pluton. La conjonction Uranus-Pluton de 1965 marque l’apogée d’un
triomphe prométhéen de la civilisation occidentale, qui se traduit, dans le
domaine de l’astronautique, par l’arrivée de l’homme sur la Lune et, dans le
domaine de l’électronique, par le développement de l’informatique qui accompagne
une nouvelle révolution industrielle. Un excursus est consacré à la guerre de
Corée. La rythmicité du cycle Uranus-Neptune est mise en rapport avec la Russie
et avec les deux présidences de Vladimir Poutine et de Dimitri Medvedev. Une

This article aims to shed light on the interaction of Uranian, Neptunian, and plutonic currents during the period 2008-2021 - a crucial period that begins with a chaotic phase that may lead either to the stabilization of a new order within a peaceful, prosperous world, or on strong and lasting tensions between the continental blocks in the making.
A first part explains the
logic of the cyclical unfolding, with the various phases leading from one
conjunction to another. The Saturn-Neptune cycle is linked to Latin America and
in relation with institutions such as Mercosur and Unasur. It is also treated
the question of the rhythmicity of the Saturnian cycles (with Uranus, Neptune
and Pluto).
A second part explains the
significance of the current cycles in 2011 (from Jupiter-Saturn to
Neptune-Pluto). In this context, the rhythmicity of the Uranus-Pluto cycle is
treated. The Uranus-Pluto conjunction of 1965 marks the climax of a Promethean
triumph of Western civilization, which is reflected, in the field of
astronautics, by the arrival of man on the Moon and, in the field of electronics,
through the development of computer science that accompanies a new industrial
revolution. An excursus is dedicated to the Korean War. The rhythmicity of the
Uranus-Neptune cycle is connected with Russia and the two presidencies of
Vladimir Putin and Dimitri Medvedev. A note deals with the Uranus-Neptune
semi-square.

Cet article s’ouvre par une analyse de la phase du septile (aspects de 72° et de 144°) dans le cycle Neptune-Pluton. Cet aspect, en orbe de 2001 à 2011, peut être mis en rapport avec l’extraordinaire essor des connaissances relatives au système solaire depuis de début de la première décennie du XXIe siècle. Un nouveau champ d’exploration s’est ouvert dans la zone du système solaire au-delà de Neptune (entre 30 et 55 UA) que l’on appelle la Ceinture de Kuiper. Appartiennent à cette zone des nano-planètes telles que Eris ou Sedna, que nous avons intégrées dans nos analyses.
Durant la période 1990-2040, on
observe également la présence prolongée de quatre septiles entre
Transneptuniens, susceptibles d’apporter leur signature à cette effervescence
scientifique liée au septile Neptune-Pluton, en y apportant – qui sait ? –
une dimension métaphysique.
Les sondes spatiales, telles
Voyager 1 et 2, participent à ces explorations des confins du système solaire
jusqu’à l’héliopause (limite du système solaire) et à l’hypothétique Nuage d’Oort,
où le vent solaire laisse place au grand marge galactique – équivalent moderne
des Colonnes d’Hercules antiques, où nous plaçons, pour notre part, le Centre
actif « Eschaton », dont la périodicité est de 60 millions d’années. Voyager
2, bénéficiant du système de l’assistance gravitationnelle qui ne se présente
qu’une fois tous les 176 ans, devait franchir cette limite en 2017, naviguant
ensuite dans l’océan galactique et se dirigeant vers les constellations du
Sagittaire et du Paon.
C’est dans cet article que nous
avons défini ce que nous appelons les « trois paradigmes de
l’astrologie » - celui des Abciens (s’arrêtant à Saturne), le système
« classique » (intégrant les trois Transsaturniennes Uranus, Neptune
et Pluton), et le système « global » (intégrant les Transneptuniens).
Une illustration spectaculaire en est donnée par le thème de l’homme sur la
Lune, le 20 juillet 1969, avec la quadruple conjonction
Lune-Jupiter-Uranus-Apollon à 0° Balance – le thème le plus extraordinaire
qu’il nous ait été donné de rencontrer !
Le thème du modèle global pour
le 1er février 2080 est, lui aussi, spectaculaire, englobant Sedna
au mi-point entre une triplice Jupiter-Saturne-Uranus en Verseau et une
triplice Zeus-Apollon-Poséidon en Sagittaire. Ainsi, de même que la Ceinture de
Kuiper (et même le Nuage d’Oort) sont devenus notre horizon astronomique, de
même, l’astrologie uranienne fait désormais partie de notre conscience et de
notre pratique d’astrologue.
La suite de l’article retourne
à une analyse de l’année 2011, y intégrant les Transneptuniens. Un tableau
indique la durée de révolution et la distance au Soleil des Transneptuniens.
Un autre tableau présente
l’entrée d’Eris dans les Signes (de 1392 à 2048). La présence d’Eris est
soulignée dans quelques thèmes significatifs : Apple – William Blake –
WikiLeaks.
La conclusion propose une
réflexion portant sur la juste articulation entre le global et le local, dans
un contexte où le chaos planétaire en cours sous le carré Uranus-Pluton de
2012-2015 accentue la fracture entre les peuples et leurs élites : ainsi,
les lignes de fracture passent entre une idéologie mondialiste qui a pour
valeur essentielle le rêve utopique d’un métissage universel et des résistances
populaires attachées à la défense des identités et de la diversité du monde. La
réflexion porte également sur la marche en avant vers un gouvernement mondial,
que pourrait favoriser le transit de Pluton en Capricorne, de 2008 à 2034.

This article opens with an
analysis of the septile phase (72° and 144° aspects) in the Neptune-Pluto
cycle. This aspect, in orb from 2001 to 2011, can be related to the
extraordinary growth of knowledge about the solar system since the beginning of
the first decade of the twenty-first century. A new field of exploration has
opened in the area of the solar system beyond Neptune (between 30 and 55 LY)
known as the Kuiper Belt. Nano-planets such as Eris or Sedna belong to this
area and I integrated them in my analyzes.
During the period 1990-2040,
we also observe the prolonged presence of four septiles between Transneptunians,
likely to bring their signature to this scientific effervescence related to the
Neptune-Pluto septile, by bringing - who knows? - a metaphysical dimension.
Spatial probes, such as
Voyager 1 and 2, participate in these explorations from the confines of the
solar system to the heliopause (limit of the solar system) and the hypothetical
Oort Cloud, where the solar wind leaves room for large margins galactic - the
modern equivalent of the ancient Columns of Hercules, where I place the active
center "Eschaton", whose periodicity is 60 million years. Voyager 2,
benefiting from the system of gravitational assistance that occurs only once
every 176 years, had to cross this limit in 2017, then sailing in the galactic
ocean and heading towards the constellations of Sagittarius and Peacock.
It is in this article that I
have defined what I call the "three paradigms of astrology" - that of
the Abcians (stopping at Saturn), the "classical" system (integrating
the three Transsaturnian Uranus, Neptune and Pluto ), and the
"global" system (integrating Transneptunians). A spectacular
illustration is given by the chart of the man on the Moon, July 20, 1969, with
the quadruple Moon-Jupiter-Uranus-Apollo conjunction at 0° Balance - the most
extraordinary theme I have been given to meet !
The chart of the global model
for February 1, 2080 is also spectacular, encompassing Sedna at the mid-point
between a Jupiter-Saturn-Uranus triplice in Aquarius and a Zeus-Apollo-Poseidon
triplice in Sagittarius. So, just as the Kuiper Belt (and even the Oort Cloud)
has become my astronomical horizon, so Uranian astrology is now part of my
astrologer consciousness and practice.
The remainder of the article
returns to an analysis of the year 2011, including the Transneptunians. A table
indicates the duration of revolution and the distance to the Sun of the
Transneptunians.
Another table presents Eris'
entry in the Signs (from 1392 to 2048). The presence of Eris is underlined in
some significant charts : Apple - William Blake - WikiLeaks.
The conclusion proposes a
reflection on the right articulation between the global and the local, in a
context where the ongoing planetary chaos under the Uranus-Pluto square of
2012-2015 accentuates the fracture between the peoples and their elites : thus,
the lines of fracture pass between a globalist ideology whose essential value
is the utopian dream of universal miscegenation and popular resistance to
defend the identities and diversity of the world. The reflection also deals
with the march towards a world government, which could favor the transit of
Pluto in Capricorn, from 2008 to 2034.

- Etude des Indices cycliques / Study about the Cyclical Indexes
Cet article est consacré à une
étude de l’outil de synthèse que représentent les Indices cycliques. Une
première partie traite de l’historique, du classement et du calcul des divers
Indices. L’émergence de cette question remonte à l’entre-deux-guerres, avec les
travaux de Gustave-Lambert Brahy, qui s’appuie sur la position des planètes en
déclinaison (situation par rapport à l’équateur). Cette approche sera
approfondie dans les années 1980 par Jean Cuypers et, au-delà, par Maurice
Worme qui se rattache à l’école conditionaliste de Pierre Nicola. Durant la Seconde
Guerre mondiale, Henri Gouchon formule la théorie de l’Indice de concentration
planétaire qui servira de tremplin à la mise en œuvre de l’Indice cyclique par
André Barbault, une trentaine d’années plus tard. Au milieu des années 1970, la
recherche sur la question de l’Indice cyclique bat son plein, avec les apports
et développements de Max Duval et Claude Latrémouille, et notamment avec les
rares mais remarquables travaux de Claude Ganeau sur l’Indice d’Equilibre
cyclique. Passée cette période une innovation a été apportée par Pierre Julien,
mais elle a été malheureusement peu développée par son auteur.
La suite de l’article traite de
divers aspects relatifs à la mise en œuvre des divers Indices et à leur
fondement astronomique. Sont ainsi présentées les réponses apportées par les
Indices aux grandes crises du XXe siècle, qui constitue un excellent
terrain de comparaison avec les deux guerres mondiales, la Grande Dépression
des années trente et la chute de l’empire soviétique. Dans un même esprit sont
présentés les tableaux des Indices pour la période 1980-2030. Ce détour par la
pratique aboutit à une double réflexion : sur la notion de « crise »
et sur le fondement astronomique de l’Indice cyclique, lié au mouvement de
centration et de décentration du Soleil.
Enfin nous avons dressé, pour
chacun des Indices pris en compte, des tableaux couvrant une période de quatre
siècles, du XVIIIe siècle au XXIe siècle.
La conclusion insiste sur le
fait que les astrologues attendent de l’Indice cyclique un outil de synthèse
qui permette de juger sur un long temps de l’état du monde relativement à deux
questions-clés qui sont la guerre et la paix d’une part, la pénurie et la
prospérité d’autre part. Est signalée à cet égard l’œuvre originale de Rudy
Bes, qui, en 2001, a proposé une méthode prévisionnelle des cycles politiques
et économiques reposant sur une approche ondulatoire des cycles planétaires,
aboutissant à un indice qu’il nomme « onde composite fondamentale ».
Ajoutons à cela l’apport
considérable que constituent les logiciels de Paul Bernard, avec les Indices
universels que nous avons présentés dans le numéro 4 des Cahiers de la Lune Bleue. Fondés sur une base mathématique, ils
permettent désormais une exploration non plus sur l’espace de deux ou trois
siècles, mais sur éventail de plusieurs millénaires, et ils prennent en compte
non seulement les planètes classiques mais également les Transneptuniens et

This article is devoted to a
study of the synthesis tool represented by Cyclical Indexes. The first part
deals with the history, classification and calculation of the various Indexes.
The emergence of this question goes back to the inter-war period, with the work
of Gustave-Lambert Brahy, who relies on the position of the planets in
declination (situation with respect to the equator). This approach will be
deepened in the 1980s by Jean Cuypers and, beyond, by Maurice Worme, who is
attached to the Pierre Nicola conditionalist school. During the Second World
War, Henri Gouchon formulates the theory of the Planetary Concentration Index
that will serve as a springboard for the implementation of the Cyclical Index
by André Barbault, some thirty years later. In the mid-1970s, research on the
issue of the Cyclical Index was in full swing, with the contributions and
developments of Max Duval and Claude Latrémouille, and in particular with the
rare but remarkable work of Claude Ganeau on the Cyclical Equilibrium Index.
After this period an innovation was brought by Pierre Julien, but it was
unfortunately little developed by its author.
The remainder of the article
deals with various aspects relating to the implementation of the various Indexes
and their astronomical basis. The responses of the Indexes to the great crises
of the twentieth century, which is an excellent comparison with the two world
wars, the Great Depression of the 1930s and the fall of the Soviet empire, are
presented. In the same idea are presented the tables of the Indices for the
period 1980-2030. This detour by practice leads to a double reflection: on the
notion of "crisis" and on the astronomical base of the Cyclic Index,
related to the movement of centration and decentration of the Sun.
Finally, I have drawn up, for
each of the Indexes taken into account, tables covering a period of four
centuries, from the 18th to the 21st century.
The conclusion emphasizes that
astrologers expect the Cyclical Index to be a synthetic tool that allows for a
long-term judgment of the state of the world on two key issues of war and peace
on the one hand and scarcity and prosperity on the other hand. In this respect,
reference is made to the original work of Rudy Bes, who in 2001 proposed a
forward-looking method of political and economic cycles based on an undulatory
approach to planetary cycles, culminating in an index he called
"fundamental composite wave".
Add to this the considerable
contribution that the software of Paul Bernard, with the Universal Indexes that
I presented in issue 4 of the Blue Moon Journal. Based on a mathematical basis,
they now allow exploration no longer over the space of two or three centuries,
but over a range of millennia, and they take into account not only the
classical planets but also the Transneptunians and their mid-points
